Further indications that Jose Bosingwa may well be a key player in compatriot Andre Villas-Boas' first team plans were highlighted in Chelsea's 2-1 comeback to beat West Brom. The Portuguese international made a remarkable team high of 121 touches in the game, 33 more than Cole on the opposite flank, making an excellent 4 key passes from 75 in total. One of said key passes led to Malouda's eventual winner after a terrific dribble down the right, though Bosingwa also contributed defensively with 4 tackles in total.
 

Roger Johnson - Wolves

New Wolves captain Roger Johnson made an excellent home debut in his side's 2-0 win over Fulham and nearly opened his account after hitting the woodwork. He was highly involved; having 59 touches in the game, the third of any outfield player for Wolves, and made 48 passes with a decent 75% success rate.

Fabricio Coloccini - Newcastle
