Form Guide
Brighton are enduring a miserable end to a campaign that promised so much. The Seagulls are currently 10th heading into the final day but have won just one of their last nine league outings. That in itself was a 1-0 home win over an Aston Villa side that came off the back of a testing European defeat to Olympiacos.
Manchester United will look to wrap up a top-seven spot on Sunday afternoon when they make the trip south, and they do so on the back of a solid 3-2 home win over Newcastle to go level on 57 points with the Magpies. Victory on Wednesday ended a three-game winless run, though United have failed to win in five on the road.
Team News
Roberto De Zerbi is sweating on the fitness of defenders Joel Veltman and Lewis Dunk for Sunday's welcome of Manchester United. The Italian boss is without no fewer than seven players due to injury, however, with Evan Ferguson, Karou Mitoma and Pervis Estupinan among those absent. Former United man Danny Welbeck is expected to lead the line having penned a new Brighton deal earlier this week.
Lisandro Martinez made his first appearance since March when he came on in the win over Newcastle and the Argentine's return is a huge boost for United. Departing duo Raphael Varane and Anthony Martial will be assessed but Erik ten Hag remains without Tyrell Malacia, Luke Shaw, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire and Mason Mount.
Probable XIs
Brighton (4231) - Verbruggen; Lamptey, Webster, Julio, Barco; Gross, Gilmour; Enciso, Pedro, Adingra; Welbeck
Man Utd (4231) - Onana; Wan-Bissaka, Evans, Martinez, Dalot; McTominay, Mainoo; Diallo, Fernandes, Garnacho; Hojlund
While he has been criticised time and time again this season, Andre Onana hasn't been helped by Manchester United's openess in his debut Premier League campaign. More often than not United have been outshot by opponents, and it's been down to Onana to bail Ten Hag's side out, of which he has done superbly on occasion.
The Cameroon international has been the Premier League's busiest goalkeeper this season having made more saves (144) than any other shotstopper in the division. Brighton meanwhile rank seventh for shots on target per game (6.1) in England's top tier and with that; SkyBet have boosted their price of Onana to make at least six saves from 2/1 to 3/1.
