Ross Barkley played as good as Santi did? I don't think so. Apart from the deflected goal in was ineffective. Ox was poor for me and there is no way he should get a higher rating than Gabriel.
Santi Cazorla is the Andrea Pirlo of Arsenal! Everything good that happens for Arsenal he's involved! No wonder he gets MoM every game! He's a real gem! Everton were atrocious in defending an Arsenal could have hurt them more if the finishing was as clinical! This Arsenal team is a team to fear now! COYG!
Cazorla and Oezil don't half know how to pass. Giroud is 1 of the best headers of the ball in world football too. Everton didn't deserve to be anything other than 2-0 at HT but a fluky goal made the whole 2nd half tense. In the end a good, deserved win and top of the league til tomorrow at least.
This match has shown how desperately Everton need a new goalie. Howard is past it, commands the box worse than any other goalie in the world. If Cech is the goalkeeper who "wins your team 10 points a season", then Howard is absolutely the opposite, he loses you 10 points a season.
@NotBiased- Jammy? Then every ball put into the box which is then headed in for a goal in the history of football could be called "jammy". It's easy to blame the keeper in these instances but when the world's best keeper comes and misses against the same team you have to come to the conclusion that actually it's the deliveries causing the keeper to flap. Everton do need another keeper however.
@SteveHyland That was tongue in cheek. And I have no problem with it. I do have a problem with people who call Arsenal the most entertaining side in the league though. They score far too many crap goals in comparison to well worked goals to be classed as one.
@hindy- Szczesny? He's 6'5" but you wouldn't know it. Having said that, the 2 deliveries put in today would give any keeper problems. I think it's too simplistic to blame the keeper for these 2 passes. Granted, Howards flaps at EVERY cross but you can't underestimate what a good delivery does to a keeper, even the world's best midweek.
@SteveHyland, I so disagree. Ramsay's energy and reliability is incomparable amongst his mates plus he takes away pressure off them; how he does that is magic. He's really good for the team and of course, his absence must be felt. Dear Ox, you have a hell-of-a-work to do..
Arsenal now are in shape.I think they can controll the ball on the field, and win this game.Everton are good team-respect BUT, possible score may be 2-0 for Arsenal not more, not less.
GL
I think it's not like Arsenal will be full of energy after putting such a huge effort against Bayern. Better stay away from this one when it comes to betting or join it later because I expect slow start for Arsenal.
Ramsey's short-term injury is actually a blessing for us. The team was unbalanced with him on the RW. Chamberlain will now start and will have 2 prem games against good footballing opposition (Swansea after this) before the game at the Allianz. We'll need to rely on counter attacks again if we're to get a result and an in-form Chamberlain could regularly get the best of Alaba or Bernat. The Ox is obviously short of confidence atm, not helped by being benched after a couple of poor games when more expensive players have been given 10+ games of playing bad in the past, but I feel he can be Arsenal and England's long-term solution on the right. Other than him, I don't expect the first XI to change from the one that beat Bayern, maybe Giroud up front instead of Walcott. It's a 50-50 decision this season. We're playing well atm and I expect a win whoever is up front. 2-0, Sanchez MotM.
@ramsey- His work rate is excellent but there's no denying when he plays on the RW the pitch seems narrow. Our passers need space to thread balls into and that is difficult when Sanchez comes in from the left AND Ramsey comes in from the right. Chamberlain will keep the pitch big and offer us a genuine threat down that side. Ramsey is a quality player, but as a box-to-box midfielder.
I like how EVERY comment which is positive to Arsenal in any way, including predictions, has been given a thumbs down. The same person me thinks (ahem *disgruntled Spuds fan* ahem). ;-)
Everton have not won at Arsenal for years and Arsenal at this form I can only see one winner in this game! 2/3:0 to Arsenal. Cech, Cazorla, Ozil, Sanchez and Walcott are too difficult to contain now and the form of Bellerin and Monreal will be too much for Everton! I think Mertesacker will get a break and Gabriel will come in instead! Everton are a top side but they have no match winners in their team! Arsenal will control the game, create more chances and score from first goals! COYG!
It's a tough game to predict. We're in top form, but put too much effort in Bayern game. Ramsey's absence is a huge blow. I would like to see Giroud putting Stones to a test. Toffees have to bounce back after their terrible performance vs United. I hope our winning streak continues. Another clean sheet would be just terrific!
@WazzaFC- Yes, because you never win silverware by being in form for certain weeks throughout a season. Consistency has always been our problem but we can beat anybody on our day. Ramsey above didn't say anything about us winning titles, just that we are in form atm.
Ross Barkley played as good as Santi did? I don't think so. Apart from the deflected goal in was ineffective. Ox was poor for me and there is no way he should get a higher rating than Gabriel.
The OX should play more games. Very promising.

Cech should get a higher rating and chamberlain's rating should be lower.... good win but arsenal can do better
Everton very lucky, they should have conceded at least 6

Man of the Match? - Tim Howard. Why? - because he single-handedly won Arsenal the game.
Alexis 3 tackles.
Good game from Özil
Arsenal scoring two jammy goals. I for one am utterly shocked.
@NotBiased- Jammy? Then every ball put into the box which is then headed in for a goal in the history of football could be called "jammy". @NotBiased Not sure how you categorise Everton's goal then.
@Maniac 2 jammy goals > 1
@NotBiased If you knew Howard a bit better, you'd know there isn't one goalkeeper in the world who "dominates" the six-yard box worse than him...
@hindy- Szczesny? He's 6'5" but you wouldn't know it. Having said that, the 2 deliveries put in today would give any keeper problems. If Arsenal wins this, they may go ahead and win the title.
3-1
Arsenal 3 Everton 1.
Ox to step up to the plate today and score along with Alexis and Santi (really needs a goal). 3-1 to the Gooners. COYG!

@SteveHyland Cannot agree! Ramsey's work rate is second to none. You'll notice his absence today for sure!

Arsenal have never been a sure club
After losing to Bayern in the week( I mean possession) we will prove untouchable to Everton... Arsenal 2-0..
4-0

@ramsey We are in top form...LOL you guys have been in top form for certain weeks in last 10 years and you guys won ti...... S**T
@WazzaFC You're so right. To be honest, seems like Arsenal is destined for failure... at least while that nonsense is their coach
@WazzaFC- Yes, because you never win silverware by being in form for certain weeks throughout a season. Consistency has always been our problem but we can beat anybody on our day. Ramsey above didn't say anything about us winning titles, just that we are in form atm.
3-0. Sanchez man of the match.
this game is going to be a winning match for arsenal its for for sure
@seun one thing I've learned from Arsenal is that nothing is for sure!
Right after a deadly visit by the German giants, what do we got to welcome Everton with
@Siech- Hopefully a confident side given the result and performance albeit one alien as a "Plan A" to a lot of the players.
@SteveHyland True that man
