- Thomas Tuchel won't be forced into wholesale changes, with five days between Chelsea's FA Cup penalty shoot-out defeat to Liverpool, but they are anticipated.
- Kai Havertz missed the final with a hamstring injury and remains a doubt for the welcome of Leicester on Thursday.
- Timo Werner was on the bench against Liverpool but felt a problem in his hamstring while warming up.
- Ruben Loftus-Cheek was subbed on in extra-time only to be brought off 15 minutes later so he is perhaps unlikely to be given a start here.
- N'Golo Kante is an option to start after only being deemed fit enough to start on the bench at Wembley.
- Thiago Silva needed treatment a few times at Wembley and may not be risked in a game that means next to nothing for Chelsea.
- Andreas Christensen looks to have played his final match for Chelsea already after ruling himself out of the FA Cup final on the day of the game much to his team-mates surprise.
- Danny Ward started in goal for Leicester on Sunday and performed very well, though Kasper Schmeichel will return for Leicester's last two games.
- Nampalys Mendy came off at half-time against Watford through illness but is expected to be available on Thursday night.
- Brendan Rodgers has suggested Youri Tielemans and Hamza Choudhury will miss out against Chelsea so Mendy may start again here.
- Ricardo Pereira is back in training ahead of Thursday's trip to London but will need to be assessed. He has more chance of starting their final game of the season.
