I think Cesc needs a permanent role in this team. Enough with all this false nine stuff. He is not a striker and its a waste for him. Best thing for Cesc is for Xavi to stay on the bench and to take over his role.
I dont think he is even close to Iniesta and Xavi in terms of quality. Did anyone see the chance he wasted last game? Terrible... I think he needs to find or replace the girlfriend to boost up his morale ;)
He isn't a patch on Xavi though, and after his dip in form his teammates may start to lose confidence in him too
