Newcastle United have not made an offer for Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi, according to Get French Football.
According to The Sun, Newcastle were lining up an audacious £15m bid for Batshuayi this month as they look to bolster their frontline to steer clear of relegation.
However, these reports would now appear false after being quashed by reporters in France, with Batshuayi not interested in Newcastle nor a move away from Marseille until the end of the season at the very earliest.
The 22-year-old has been in sublime form since the start of the season and has been heavily linked with a move to Spurs in recent months. In fact, only Zlatan Ibrahimovic (15) has scored more goals in Ligue 1 than Batshuayi (11) thus far.
