Everton owner Farhad Moshiri has given assurances to manager Marco Silva that Richarlison will not be sold at any cost this summer, claims The Daily Mirror.
Richarlison has been linked with a shock move to Merseyside rivals Liverpool in the last week after his agent reportedly met with Reds manager Jurgen Klopp.
Everton spent a club-record fee to sign Richarlison from Watford last summer and the Brazil international has quickly developed into one of Moshiri’s favourite players at the club.
The Toffees have endured a difficult campaign and losing Richarlison would be a significant blow in their attempts to close the game between themselves and the top-six.
Richarlison made a sensational start to the season, as he did for Watford last season, before his form tailed off dramatically.
The 21-year-old scored six goals in his first nine league matches for Everton, as many as his subsequent 21 appearances in the competition combined.
